When things do go wrong, working with the system to put things right can often be a daunitng and complex process. You may, for example, have had a claim for benefits turned down, been faced with a bill for overpaid benefits, experienced delays getting your benefit or you may simply want to know what you are entitled to claim.

When attending your first appointment, please try to ensure that you bring everything with you that is relevant to your enquiry. This may include letters about your benefits, bank statements, giro books and so on. We will also need to have sight proof of your current income and savings.
